Antigoni-Athanasia Koletti was born in Ioannina, Greece.
She received her bachelor degree in chemical engineering on 2012 from the School of Chemical Engineering of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and her master degree in chemical analysis and quality control on 2014 from the Department of Chemistry of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2022, she received her Ph.D, from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki supervised by Prof. Andreana Assimopoulou. Her Ph.D thesis focused on drug delivery systems, especially liposomes, of bioactive molecules derive from natural products.
In 2014, she joined the Organic Chemistry Laboratory in School of Chemical Engineering and involved in four projects: PlantUP Research Infrastructure which was an infrastructure of excellence that focuses on systematically recording, preserving, protecting and exploiting the wealth of Greek plant biodiversity (supported by The Operational Program “Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship & Innovation”-MIS 5002803), Development of a pilocarpine specialized pharmaceutical toothpaste for the treatment of xerostomia (supported by The Operational Program “Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship & Innovation”- MIS 5131383), Development of luteolin based products for the treatment of periodontitis (supported by The Operational Program “Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship & Innovation”- MIS 5131386) and Development of a new innovative electromagnetic water treatment system for multiple-applications (supported by «Investment Plans of Innovation» of the Operational Program «Central Macedonia 2014 2020», ΚΜΡ6-0081850)
